Before rearranging the strategies in my daily calendar to bring a fresh and unique vibe, I will encourage the team to plan a big event, aka a chill space either in the discord or the twitter space to celebrate our amazing community for sticking with us through the bear market. We’ll reward our most active members, host other communities, play exciting games, and offer fantastic prizes. We’ll also share a monthly recap and much more. This will create a special environment for members to come together, share their experiences, and feel recognized. It boosts morale and strengthens the bond within the community. Additionally, hosting spaces allows us to gather valuable feedback, address concerns, and make improvements based on their input. It’s a win-win situation that keeps the community engaged and invested in the project’s success!

ASIDE MANAGING THE DISCORD WHAT OTHER THING CAN I DO FOR THE PROJECT?

I’ll also reach out to projects on the same network as yours for potential collaborations. Collaboration can take the form of a game, where one project can send his community to come to the other project’s community in order to play some games and win some exciting prizes.
