At KONECTU LLC (“KONECTU,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we are committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and professional community for all our stakeholders. These Community Standards (“Standards”) outline the guidelines and expectations for users of the KONECTU platform (“Platform” or “Service”).

By creating an account and using the Platform, you irrevocably agree to comply with these Standards in their entirety. Please read these Standards carefully.

1. Respectful and Inclusive Environment

1.1 Hate Speech and Discrimination: KONECTU maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward hate speech, discrimination, or harassment based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic. Users are expected to uphold respect and foster an environment of inclusivity.

1.2 Offensive Content: Users are strictly prohibited from posting or sharing content that is offensive, sexually explicit, violent, or promotes harmful activities. This includes explicit language, graphic images, or any material that incites violence or hatred.

1.3 Bullying and Harassment: Any form of bullying, stalking, or persistent harassment is strictly prohibited. Users are encouraged to report such behavior, and KONECTU will take necessary action to address and remediate these situations. KONECTU reserves the right to remove users who engage in disrespectful, hostile, or inappropriate behavior.

2. Intellectual Property and Copyright

2.1 Copyright Infringement: Users must respect the intellectual property rights of others. Posting or sharing copyrighted content without proper authorization, including text, images, music, or video, is prohibited and may result in enforcement action.

2.2 Trademarks and Brand Misuse: Users may not misrepresent or misuse trademarks or other brand materials, nor impersonate brands or alter logos without authorization. KONECTU prohibits any activities that violate the intellectual property rights of others.

3. Privacy and Data Protection

3.1 User Consent and Privacy: Users must respect others’ privacy and obtain explicit consent before sharing any personal or sensitive information. Violations of privacy rights, such as doxxing, unauthorized data collection, or sharing of confidential information, are strictly prohibited.

3.2 Data Security: Users are responsible for protecting their personal information and following data security best practices. KONECTU is committed to safeguarding user data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

3.3 Monitoring of User Activity: Users acknowledge that KONECTU may monitor Platform interactions, review user-generated content, and use collected data for purposes of enforcing these Standards and improving Platform security. By using the Platform, Users consent to such monitoring and agree that KONECTU’s actions are necessary to maintain a safe environment.

4. Legal Compliance and Prohibited Activities

4.1 Compliance with Laws: Users must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and legal obligations while using the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, laws related to intellectual property, privacy, data protection, and anti-spam regulations.

4.2 Prohibited Services: Users must not engage in or promote activities that violate these Standards or facilitate illegal activities. Prohibited services include those involving illegal substances, harmful activities, or any other activities deemed inappropriate by KONECTU.


5. User Feedback and Reviews

5.1 Honest and Constructive Feedback: Users are encouraged to provide honest and constructive feedback when reviewing the services or work of freelancers. Feedback should be professional and avoid personal attacks, defamatory statements, or inflammatory language.


6. Code of Conduct for Freelancers

6.1 Professionalism and Quality Standards: Freelancers are expected to maintain a high level of professionalism on the Platform at all times. This includes adhering to agreed-upon project timelines, delivering work that meets or exceeds client expectations, and upholding all commitments. Consistent failure to meet deadlines, low-quality deliverables, or unprofessional behavior may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent removal from the Platform.

6.2 Respectful Communication with Clients: Freelancers must engage in clear, respectful, and constructive communication with clients. This includes promptly responding to messages, seeking clarification when needed, and addressing client feedback in a professional manner. Personal attacks, inflammatory language, or any disrespectful interactions are strictly prohibited. KONECTU reserves the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of freelancers who engage in disrespectful or hostile communication.

6.3 Commitment to Integrity and Transparency: Freelancers are expected to act with integrity and honesty in all their dealings on the Platform. This includes providing accurate representations of skills and experience, honoring commitments made to clients, and avoiding any misrepresentation of work. Freelancers found to be misrepresenting their abilities or deceiving clients will be subject to immediate removal from KONECTU.


7. Code of Conduct for Clients

7.1 Respectful and Constructive Communication: Clients are expected to communicate respectfully and professionally with freelancers, providing clear and constructive feedback. This includes offering clear project guidelines, respecting the freelancer’s professional input, and addressing any concerns in a constructive manner. Disrespectful or abusive language, threats, or other hostile behavior are not tolerated. KONECTU reserves the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of clients who fail to adhere to respectful communication standards.

7.2 Timely Feedback and Support: Clients should provide timely feedback and support to freelancers throughout the course of the project. Prompt feedback allows freelancers to make necessary adjustments and meet client expectations more effectively. Clients who repeatedly fail to provide feedback or leave projects unresponsive may face limitations on their Platform use or other restrictions as deemed appropriate by KONECTU.

7.3 Fair and Transparent Dealings: Clients must engage with freelancers in a fair and transparent manner, including honoring payment commitments and accurately representing project requirements. Attempting to manipulate freelancers, withholding payment without valid reason, or making unreasonable demands are serious violations. KONECTU reserves the right to remove clients from the Platform for breaches of integrity or fairness in their dealings with freelancers.


8. Continuous Improvement and Feedback

8.1 User Input and Suggestions: Users are encouraged to provide feedback and suggestions for enhancing the Platform and its community. KONECTU values user input and will consider it in ongoing efforts to improve the user experience.


9. Reporting and Enforcement

9.1 Reporting Violations: Users are encouraged to report violations of these Standards using the reporting mechanisms provided by KONECTU. Reports should include relevant details and evidence to support the claim, and KONECTU will investigate reported violations as appropriate.

9.2 No Retaliation: Retaliation against individuals who report violations of these Standards is strictly prohibited. KONECTU will take appropriate action against any User found to be retaliating against another for submitting a report.

9.3 Enforcement Actions: KONECTU reserves the right to take enforcement actions, including warning users, removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, or cooperating with law enforcement authorities, as necessary to uphold these Standards. Users understand and agree that KONECTU’s enforcement actions are final, and KONECTU reserves the right to make determinations in its sole discretion. KONECTU disclaims all liability for any consequences of enforcement actions taken in accordance with these Standards.


10. Modifications to the Standards

KONECTU LLC reserves the right to modify or update these Community Standards at any time, without prior notice, to reflect changes in our community guidelines or legal requirements.
