What determines the final project cost?
Many factors may determine the final project cost. How many and what kind of photography is required, time, specialized equipment, editing, props or space rentals, talent/models, additional crew, travel, etc... That said, I always start a base rate with clients for the actual photography costs (my talent and creative fees) based on your specific job requirements before anything additional costs are considered. We'll discuss the pros & cons of any additional project needs/costs before finalizing the budget.
Travel expenses (millage, hotel, air, per diem) are always billed back to the client at actual costs.
-
Can I review the images as you shoot them?
I love working collaboratively with my clients. Many jobs are able to be set up with a digital station for you to review and approve the work as we're creating it. Keep in mind, some environments may not be suitable for such a station (such as active construction or manufacturing sites). Always be sure to request a digital station for any job you think you'd like to oversee as we're shooting.
-
How quickly can I receive the final images?
Standard turn around times for most projects are 7-10 business days from the actual shoot dates to delivery. Proofs may be ready as soon as 3-5 days for client approvals, and editing notes. Final edited images are usually delivered within 3-5 days after you submit any additional notes regarding image post production.
Rush charges may be applied to any project requiring final delivery in less than 3 days.

Will you photograph our event/show?
Event style photography is not my specialty. I would be doing you a disservice if I tried to photograph it for you.
-
What kind of camera do you shoot with?
The short answer is the camera required to do the job. My current kit is more than capable for most work that I do. If you have a specific need for a certain file size or specific camera model please let me know. I'm happy to accommodate requests where I can. Please note that specialized equipment will incur an additional equipment rental fee to your invoice. All fees are discussed and approved prior to scheduling a shoot.

Can we print a fine art piece for our walls?
I'm thrilled to offer fine wall art pieces for your walls. These are available in a variety of formats including (but not limited to) giclee canvas with frames, metals & acrylics. Pricing for these specialized products are determined by size and format and are quoted separately.
