Do not engage in activities that violate privacy rights, such as doxxing, sharing confidential information, or engaging in unauthorized data collection.
3.2. Data Security: Users should take necessary measures to protect their personal information and follow best practices for data security. KONECTU is committed to safeguarding user data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
4. Legal Compliance and Prohibited Activities
4.1. Compliance with Laws: Users must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and legal obligations while using the Platform. This includes laws related to intellectual property, privacy, data protection, and anti-spam regulations.
4.2. Prohibited Services: Users must not engage in activities that violate these Standards or facilitate illegal activities. Prohibited activities include services related to illegal substances, harmful activities, or any other activities deemed inappropriate for the platform.

6.1. Professionalism and Timeliness: Emphasize the importance of freelancers maintaining a high level of professionalism, meeting project deadlines, and delivering quality work to clients.
7. Code of Conduct for Clients
7.1. Respectful Communication: Encourage clients to engage in respectful and professional communication with freelancers. Remind them to provide clear instructions, provide timely feedback, and address any concerns or issues in a constructive manner.
8. Moderator Guidelines
8.1. Moderator Roles and Responsibilities: If you have moderators or administrators overseeing the platform, outline their roles and responsibilities, including monitoring user activity, addressing reported content or behavior, and enforcing the Community Standards.
9. Continuous Improvement and Feedback
9.1. User Input and Suggestions: Encourage users to provide feedback and suggestions for improving the platform and its community. Let them know that their input is valued and will be considered in ongoing efforts to enhance the user experience.
10.Reporting and Enforcement
10.1. Reporting Violations: Users are encouraged to report any violations of these Standards by using the reporting mechanisms provided by KONECTU. Reports should include relevant details and evidence to support the claim.
10.2. Enforcement Actions: KONECTU reserves the right to take appropriate actions to enforce these Standards, including warning users, suspending or terminating accounts, removing content, or cooperating with law enforcement agencies when necessary.
11.Modifications to the Standards
KONECTU reserves the right to modify or update these Community Standards at any time to reflect changes in our community guidelines and requirements. Users will be notified of any material changes, and continued use of the Platform after the effective date of the modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Standards.
